The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of belonging to underage individuals pending verification.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, the platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any existing balances pending further investigation.
Users are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at registration and whenever requested. False or misleading information provided during registration may result in account suspension or closure. The platform bears no responsibility for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by the user.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential, including their username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
All x1bet users are required to use this platform responsibly, ethically, and in full compliance with all applicable laws. The following usage rules are mandatory for all users:
- Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including money laundering or financing activities that violate applicable laws.
- The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform without written authorisation from management is strictly prohibited.
- Users are prohibited from sharing, transferring, or selling their accounts to any third party.
- Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform, including manipulation of game outcomes or transactions, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Users must not use offensive, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour toward other users or platform staff on any communication channel.
- The platform reserves the right to restrict access or close the account of any user who violates these rules without prior notice.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the x1bet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported payment methods including TNG e-Wallet, FPX online banking, and local Malaysian bank transfers.
Deposit Policy
Successful deposits are credited to the user's account upon confirmation from the payment provider. x1bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems or technical disruptions beyond the platform's control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. Users may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal is approved. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documents to ensure transaction security. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take up to several business days.
Disputed Transactions
For any transaction disputes, users are required to contact the x1bet support team within 30 days of the disputed transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. The platform will investigate each case fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
Platform Liability Limits
X1bet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses caused by technical factors beyond the platform's control.
The platform's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim, or RM 500, whichever is lower.
Account Suspension and Closure
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account with or without prior notice for the following reasons: suspected fraud or illegal activity, breach of terms of use, abuse of promotions or bonuses, failure to provide identity verification documents upon request, or at the platform's absolute discretion in the interest of platform security and other users.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the x1bet platform — including but not limited to designs, logos, text, images, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operator and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience only. x1bet has no control over the content of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for their accuracy, security, or privacy practices. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
The platform reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an on-platform notice or by email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
